This course is appropriate for anyone who manages or aspires to manage teams at work including line managers, middle managers and senior managers, both experienced and those new to the role.

We use a workshop style and group interactive approach in this course. Scenario examples facilitate delegate learning to elaborate on the theoretical concepts.

Delegate Development Outcomes

By the end of this course delegates will be able to build effective teams with SMART goals who collaborate well.

Delegates will also be able to resolve conflicts within their team as well as negotiate effectively with colleagues. By using scenarios delegates can put into practice the team building concepts in their own teams straight away.
